Dam Level Recorder (DL – Meter) Object of DL meter is to measure and record any relative change in water level of reservoir. DL- meter is installing at the top of the reservoir and float is keeping in closed pipe chamber on reservoir wall. Rising or falling down water level in closed chamber is relatively transforming to float mechanism and same get electronically sense to store in hardware unit. Same data then transmits to flood cell for processing to software for analysis by GSM modem technology. We have installed such recorders successfully to prestigious projects in India like Narmada, Ukai, Ujjani dams.
Application : Level measurement in dams, rivers, Lakes, barrages, ponds etc

Type : Data transmission by memory card and/or by GSM modem and / or by limited distance module.


Flume Discharge Recorder (DQ-Meter)

Object of DQ-Meter is to measure and record relative change in water level in flumes and discharge. Chamber is constructed behind flumes. DQ Meter is installing at the top of Chamber. Rising or falling down water level of float kept in chamber sense electronically to store level & discharge of flume in hardware. Same data then transmits to authority to process in software for analysis by memory card or by GSM modem technology. We have installed such recorders to different irrigation projects and waste water management in factories.

Application : Discharge measurement in all types of flumes & V-Notches in irrigation and waste water management.

Very big capacity canals are running 365 days and construction of flumes is not possible. We have developed unique recorder to measure and record discharge of canal based on bearnullis equation. In upstream and downstream of HR gate two DL – Meters are installed to measure water level difference. Third recorder is installed to measure gate opening position. All these data from recorders sent to server for discharge measurement. Same data then sent to flood cell office to process in software and analysis. We have installed such recorders in Gujarat state.

Sometime authority has to measure discharge in canal but construction of flume or HR gate provision may not be possible. In such circumstances, we have developed discharge recorder based on Mannig’s formula. We are installing DL-Meter in the chamber of open channel to measure level in canal. Hydraulic data of canal geometry has to feed in software to measure discharge. Same data then transmits to central station to process in software and analysis. This system is very useful for main canals and waste water channels in factories.
